    This chapter has some densely packed prophecies. I assume that I am one of the gentiles being gathered in by the remnant of Jacob, although I’m never quite sure.

    I often don’t look at the spreading and rolling forth of the gospel as a gathering in, but that’s exactly what it is. The more we spread abroad, the more we gather in. We can think of missionares going out and trying to gather in the Lord’s people. They aren’t just trying to convert people. They’re calling them home, gathering them into Zion as a fulfillment of this prophecy.
